Measuring Matters

Data has the power to show us what works. This is what I am excited to do: to uncover effective solutions to pressing problems of human welfare by measuring the impact of social equity- and/or sustainability-centered initiatives.

Recently, I have worked to help the IRS achieve a more equitable distribution of the tax burden as a Coding it Forward Data Analyst Fellow (summer 2022) and completed a senior thesis project investigating how children form attitudes toward social hierarchy. Presently, I am searching for, and excited to step into, a full-time data analysis role for a mission-driven organization for this coming January.
